Food was okay. Not the best thing ever but the fun atmosphere for the kiddos makes up for it. My son had so much fun and didn't want to spend his last coin because it meant time to go. Sketch machine was a nice touch for a lasting memory.

I love this Chuck E Cheese! I am partial to the fact that my kid gets to burn off some serious energy for an ok priced fun pack but since they revamped their food choices and tastes, it's seriously improved. The pizza was far better than Little Caesars (what it used to be compared to) and wasn't too greasy either. I liked that they had options. A very clean salad bar, and had sandwich and dessert options. You can even purchase a professional birthday cake there if you need to now. Their food is reasonably priced and I like that they offer food & game packages. My kid loves it, I love it and we will be back obviously!

A good place to take the kids to wear them out. Pizza is good. Place has lots of games which all cost 1 token. Love the picture sketch machine. Leave with memories. The workers were helpful and the place was clean.

My daughter just celebrated her 9th birthday at Chuck E Cheese and it was one of her most memorable birthdays ever! Yes, a night at Chuck E Cheese can feel like you're being punished for procreating at times, but this time it was different! There must have been magical unicorn dust in the air because we had a phenomenal, unforgettable time which I've stored away in my treasure chest of memories to get me through my daughter's upcoming teen years. Because I care about the happiness of my fellow parents I will now share with you my formula... FORMULA FOR MAGICAL TIME AT CHUCK E CHEESE: 1) ENSURE TICKET BLASTER ENTRY: What is the Ticket Blaster? It's a machine that blows tickets in a plastic case while your child tries desperately to stuff as many tickets into their little pockets as possible. And it is ALL THAT MATTERS! You must book a party party package in order to get a chance to put your child in this machine. Yes, it's marketing at it's most evil but no one said the mouse was a good person. He's a mouse after all. Book your birthday party package over the phone and reserve your seats for $1 each person. The basic party package will run you about $11.99 and there's a minimum of 10 kids per party. We only had six kids but I sucked it up and paid for the extra seats. Why? Because if you don't get into the Ticket Blaster, nothing else matters! I saw a sad little kid who's parents didn't buy the party package in a side booth and they had their name written on a Chuck E Cheese hat with a marker. He just watched all the other kids with this sad silent longing. That poor kid will have emotional issues for the rest of his life and spend years in therapy. It made spending that party package money completely worth it! 2) DO GOOD IN THE WORLD SO YOU TOO CAN BE KARMICALLY GRANTED AN AMAZING CHUCK E CHEESE SERVER: I don't know what I did in this life to deserve such an amazing server like Dru (well isn't pushing three children out of your body enough?), but he literally made our party! He was so on top of things from serving our pizza to refiling our drinks to happily dancing on stage like a robotic wind up doll. They don't pay anyone there nearly enough money to repetitively dance to those horrible kids songs, but Dru did it with enthusiasm! He did everything in his power to make us happy! Kids Dancing: yelp.com/biz_photos/chuc… 3) GET THAT MAGIC 1000 TICKET COUPON: This is the final step to becoming GOD in your child's eyes. When they are 9 years old they don't care about anything else in that moment except that 1000 ticket coupon which can only be found in that damn Ticket Blaster! We were given the option of having an adult help my daughter collect more tickets and I decided that I would take on the role of helping her snag the 1000 ticket voucher! If you are a ticket blaster newbie, this is basically the holy grail of tickets that every birthday child dreams about! I asked my server what the trick was and if you PM me I will tell you my secrets. I went into that Ticket Blaster for :30 seconds of glory with my daughter and in the first five seconds stuffed that 1000 ticket coupon into my bra! Yes, my BRA! A woman who watched us in the Ticket Blaster was mesmerized by how many tickets I collected in my tiny hands and said "Her hands are like magnets!!!" I was MAGICAL in that machine I tell you! After we got out of the Ticket Blaster I yanked that ticket out from bra victoriously like I had just chopped off the head of Medusa and my daughter screamed with delight!!! We ended our count at 1,844 tickets but really it's not about the tickets, which at street value are only worth $18.44. It's that she got that damn GOLDEN TICKET and Mommy is the one that got it for her! #BOOM #MOMRULES Ticket Blaster Buddies Forever: yelp.com/biz_photos/chuc… Ticket Blaster Ticket Voucher: yelp.com/biz_photos/chuc…

This place is awesome. Yup, you read that right. I said Chuck E Cheese is awesome. Not because of its cheesy (no pun intended) character themed parties, or it's typical kids offerings of mediocre pizza and chicken tenders, but because the employees actually seem to enjoy entertaining the kids and providing a good time to them. I was impressed. Usually at other Chuck E Cheese establishments, it's just another teenager working at sub par performance to make some spending money. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was very friendly and asked us several questions as to the purpose of our visit. We weren't having a birthday party, but we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. She made her a birthday hat and pointed us in the direction of where to go next. The next stop was the cashier who made suggestions as what to order. She also advised us of when to let someone know when we were done with our dinner so that way Chuck and his crew could come and bring out cake and sing happy birthday. The food came out fast, within ten minutes. The dining area is suprisingly clean for little kids running around, putting their greasy little hands everywhere. The play area is also small, but that's kind of a good thing so you can keep track of where your kids are even though they have extra added security measures by stamping your arms with a matching number to your kids, so God forbid, you don't walk outta there with the wrong kid! Chuck himself was walking around the entire time, posing for pictures and playing silly games with the kids. I've never seen that before at a Chuck E. Cheese. Usually, he makes sporadic 10 minute appearances and then disappears behind the scenes. We were there for probably an hour and a half and he was out the entire time and came up to my girls several times during our visit. After some play time and pizza, we indicated to one of the employees we were ready for cake and song. Within 5 minutes, they were out with Chuck and a group of employees with cake and sang happy birthday. The final ending to the night was picking out prizes....ugh, you'd think this was a dreadful process because of the line and because kids are generally indecisive. Nope. The line went fast, the friendly employees were courteous and patient, making suggestions and pulling out prizes so the kids could get a closer look. My girls were lacking in a certain number of tickets (not that many) to get a certain prize, and then girl was nice enough to give it to them anyway. My girls left happy and on our way to the car, Chuck was outside to say farewell to everyone. Thanks for making what I assumed was going to be "one of those headache inducing nights at a kids joint" an actually enjoyable family night out.

The kids and I would come here and there. Parties and whenever the kids feel like going. The kids love to be here. Rides and games is cheap compare to fun factory. Food is good and employees are very friendly. You know that you feel safe here because the employee always check your wrist and make sure that you taking the right child home. lol

The food is expensive.... It's fine if it was worth it but it's not! The quality is poor. ( see attached $6 wings)and they booked so many birthdays in 1 day

Went to Chuck E Cheese for our sons birthday. I haven't been here in many many years, perhaps over a decade. We were extremely pleased with our experience and my Son really enjoyed it here. The lady who stamped us at the door was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. She asked if we were here for a birthday and we said yes. She asked if it was a reservation for a party or just a walk in, we said walk in. The lady explained to us that the birthday child gets a free slice of cake and Chuck E and the crew will sing happy birthday. I was very happy to hear that. We entered and got our tokens and our Son ran around like crazy fascinated with all the rides and games. For me, I think the value deal of $40 for 200 tokens is a great deal. With every game and ride costing 1 token who could go wrong? Make sure to ask for the value deal at the counter as you get less for your money with the automated machines. The employees were very friendly. Chuck E gave our Son a birthday hat with his name on it and interacted with him. You could tell the employees loved their job. Chuck E and his friends interacted with the kids a lot. My Son absolutely loved it and we were happy with the service we received from all the employees. The area was also very clean; from the play area to the bathrooms. Lastly, for the most tickets I usually do the bull dozer coins and the spinning wheel where you need to put the coins into the slot. It may eat a lot of coins if you aren't very skilled, but we came to a conclusion that those games gave the most tickets. We will definitely be going back to Chuck E Cheese when our Son wants to have loads of fun!

If you have a kid that's turning 6 years old, this is the place to have their birthday party. They do EVERYTHING from feeding the kids, to setting up the table and they even have party favors. You seriously don't have to do much work in preparing for the party! Best of all, the kids have so much fun eating pizza and playing games. It was a secure playing environment where kids can't just walk out of the door. There is always someone at the door. The staff looked like they really enjoyed their job too!

OK I'm tired. Got home from work to have my wife tell me we are going to our grand daughter's third birthday at of all places... Chuck E Cheeses. Oh great. When we got there it was as expected. Noisy, crowded, and screaming kids all over the place. But aha, bite my tongue the place was clean. There were kids all over the place, but the floor was clean, the tables and seats were not sticky or grimy, nor was there any unenthusiastic , snippy, employees. Every thing was upbeat, and it was funny watching the charters showing the younger kids how to play the games. Even tho they did terrible. Every thing seems to under control and not the mayhem and that I've been exposed to at the Aina Haina, or mainland locations. Kids still had fun, employees were upbeat, and stressed out adults were having fun. I was ready to be a Grinch. But it was all good. My compliments to the management at that Pearl City location.

For this month I've been coming here three times every weekend to bring my nephews for some fun. We don't eat inside here due to price wise. But we only go in for the games since it's cheaper than fun factory. Staff are friendly and I had no problem with any attitude. Met the manager twice and she was very friendly. Two times of my visit she is up beat and have a great personality. She made sure my nephews seen chuck e and also gave my nephew coins cause he helped picked it up. Overall great place only missing one star is because my last visit many games wasn't spitting out any tickets :/ I think they should at least check the machines frequently to make sure it's full of ticket rolls. Then it will earn a 5 star rating.

Much improved since last year. It is cleaner and brighter. Same amount of games but looks spacious for the kids to run around. Pizza was good and came fast! I like how different people came check to see if we were ok. Great place for kids and fun!

This is my favorite chuck e cheese and I've been to a lot of them in mainland! They make the best pizza! My kids never want to leave! I came here on my sons birthday and the service was amazing, forgot to take our order number and place it on our table so the order ended up going to a different table and the manager not only reordered everything he gave me a free plate for the salad bar while waiting! So thoughtful, great staff!

This is a place where a kid can be a kid... They can come to enjoy pizza which is actually really good. Their salad bar is over priced and a lot of their games need to be maintained. It's great that they stamp families arms and check them before you leave which gives parents a piece of mind while enjoying the night.

I like this location because they have all the characters. Idk why but their pizza is addicting.

Every kid loves to go to chucks!! I enjoy seeing my son having a blast, running around, playing games, and winning prizes. I like to play games as well and enjoy some fun time with my little one. I wish there were more places like this around for the kids. I do believe it needs a little updating but none the less, you will probably catch me here more then anywhere else! thanks for making my little smile!!! PS- I would have added the two stars if you never changed the pizza!! It isnt as good as it was before!!!!

I took my kids there today but I was hesitant about it because we have only been to the one on Dillingham and I was NOT impressed with that one at all. We enjoyed ourselves at this one MUCH more and had a good time. It had more stuff geared toward toddlers and younger children than the one on Dillingham. The staff was great, the food was better. Overall, a great experience and we will be going back to this location. My kids also loved seeing Chuck E. Cheese himself, whereas the time we went to the one on Dillingham he wasn't there at all. The one at this location was great with the kids and had fun.

First time EVER at any Chuck E. Cheese establishment, and I gotta say that I was pleasantly surprised and quite impressed! My husband and I brought our two kids for a little family time together. Since Chuck E. Cheese has been around since before I was born (and that was a LONG time ago, lol), I honestly thought the place would be kind of grungy, outdated, laden with unhealthy food options, and aimed towards little ones enjoyment only. I was soooo wrong!! When we walked in, there was a young hostess to greet my family and gave us instructions on what to do next. We ordered our food with no problems, very friendly and helpful staff! Interestingly enough they all looked like they could be in high school, but they were all very responsible, attentive to guest's needs, and kept the place running smoothly. Another biggie for me - the place was SPOTLESS! There was a staff member that was always walking around, sweeping floors, clearing tables, picking up trash. All the furniture and fixtures were in really good condition and so very clean! That's gotta be hard to keep up with tons of little kids with greasy fingers running around. I love that I could just sit back knowing that everything around me was squeaky clean. Food was pretty good. They had a well-stocked salad bar which was a huge plus for me because I wasn't looking forward to feeling huge after a greasy pizza meal. The kids liked the pizza but didn't sit down long enough to eat the whole thing. They were having too much fun playing. Also, all the games are only a quarter! Where the heck can you find arcades/game rooms that offer quarter play?! Nowhere... The 40 tokens that we had lasted my kids two hours - that's only $10 worth. Love IT. Definitely coming back. Kids were so happy, which makes mommy & daddy happy. Nuff said.

Junk. My niece had a birthday party there, and the employees were unattentive and look like they hated their job. The food was late, cold, and the boneless platters were missing the sauces. Looks like they just microwaved frozen products from Costco.

This was going to get a 2 star but it was bumped when the supervisor came by and voided the gluten free pizza. We chose this Chuck E. Cheese for my 5 years bday party because they had gluten free pizza. Now the gluten free pizza is horrible. It tastes horrendous and I wouldn't force it on my worst enemy. But the service here went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they comp the food but also gave us free tickets and kept coming by to check on us. Even started up a wonderful conversation and sang happy birthday with us and made sure there was not cross contamination. This is really a lovely place for kids.

The perfect place to take the kids to play games. They do serve food however their prices are high. Look for the coupon in the midweek...$25 for large pizza and 100 tokens. Best way to do it! Every ride is only 1 token. My daughter never uses the 100 tokens in one visit! The salad bar is fantastic but the price sucks and you can only go up one time. They do parties but you're gonna pay the price. I hAve to say that the staff are always fun and friendly and the characters are always willing to make your child smile. I like how they gather up the kids and sing and dance and do a ticket throw. My daughter loves it here. She loves chuckee cheese so much that she follows him around and I think he actually tries to get away from her! Lol

I always enjoy taking my son here, he has so much fun. Theres plenty for him to see, hear, and do. He's almost 2 and although he cannot play most games, he loves to go around spinning the knobs, pushing the buttons, riding the kiddie rides, and looking at Chuck E and his friends. Its always been pretty busy and crowded every single time we chose to come but it kind of adds to the fun and excitement. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice and helpful. And the girl at the door was very good at making sure to check we were leaving with the right child. The prices are a little higher but i guess you can expect that coming in. It would be worth it though if the food matched the price. I was especially disappointed in the wings. They were not cooked with any kind of crispiness at all, the texture was that of only being boiled. We ordered spicy and the sauce was only poured over the wings and unevenly at that. I wish they were tossed in the sauce before serving. The fries and pizza were good though, we all enjoyed that. All in all, we'd come back again but will never order the wings of course.

Partying down Chuck-e Style is the best place for kids birthday parties! Went to my nephew's birthday party and even the adults were having fun. The staff there are trained very well and whats the best is they have a heavy lock down on anyone leaving the facility! Awesome job! Yeah Chuck-E good job! Chee

My kids loved their party there. the staff handles the setup and cleanup. The games are only one token. The pizza is much better since they changed it to be more like shakeys. Finally the party has a set time, 1.5 hours at the main tables then you have a booth or two for another hour so the party doesn't drag on till everyone leaves.

Recently I booked a birthday party for my son here at Chuck E Cheese Kam Hwy. While getting some information on the phone the staff was very polite and informative. They explained all their options and after taking some of my specifics into account suggested a package that was perfect for us. They called me to confirm my reservation and had our table ready 10 minutes prior to arrival. The hostess we had was great. I wish I got her name. She took care of everything. Set up, seating, serving, and cleaning up. My son was thrilled about the ticket blaster and he won 450 tickets. It was less expensive than some of the at home parties we have thrown. The 15.99 package comes with a forever cup, table decoration, plates, Mylar balloon for each child plus a large balloon for the birthday boy/girl, special place setting, birthday crown and medal, a whole bunch of tokens, and food. I recommend this party for school age kids. They loved it when we cut them loose to play in the arcade afterward. Easy as pie. Wish we did it last year. Awesome staff made my son "feel special" (in his own words).

Lol

Alot of fun! The staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean, especially for being a place with kids running around. The food is very good!
